We Are Gearing Up for the 2012 Season!
Important dates to remember....
ALL ATHLETES MUST ATTEND A SIGN-UP SESSION TO BE SIZED FOR THEIR JERSEY!!
Sat., May 12th - Sign-ups in front of the Estacada High School from 9am-1pm
Sat., June 2nd - Sign-ups in front of the Estacada High School from 9am-1pm
Wed, June 13th - Sign-ups in front of the Estacada High School, 5:30pm-7:30pm
****We will now be able to accept your credit/debit card at one of the jersey fitting sessions listed above. Please note that there is an additional $10.00 fee for this service
**** Payment schedule: Due @ sign-ups: $100.00 Due the day of equipment handout: $75.00 Total 2012 Players fee will be: $175.00 if registered and minimum of $100 fee paid by June 15th. If either item is not completed by June 15th, total registration will be $250.
**Please note: No equipment will be dispersed and the athlete CANNOT participate until all fees are paid in full, all registration forms have been completed and a copy of the players sports physical form is on file.
**SPORTS PHYSICALS: TUES., JULY 24th, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., DR. Orth's Office (103 SW HWY 224) Cost $15.00
** EQUIPMENT HANDOUT: Saturday, July 28, 2012. A parent or guardian must attend with the player.
** PRACTICE BEGINS: MONDAY, AUGUST 6TH 6PM TO 8PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY BEHIND THE HIGH SCHOOL.
** MANDATORY FUNDRAISING/PARENTS MEETING: August 10, 2012 @ 7:30 p.m. at the high school track.
** JAMBOREE: August 25, 2012
** DAY OF CARING: September 16, 2012
